Common reasons for NOT getting the Guide
- You mistyped your email (re-enter it)
- Your provider (Gmail, AOL, Hotmail) is suspicious of the auto-email. You must add me to your “safe” list via WHITELISTING. (E.G. Gmail users create a rule indicating that “*@redappleauctions.com” isn’t spam. It helps with delayed deliverability.)
- Your server isn’t letting the email arrive. If your institution has high security (schools, hospitals), talk to your network administrator. (Or sign up using a personal email instead.)
- The email was received, but disappeared into an existing folder. Search for it.
