Thanks for reaching out to award-winning auctioneer, Sherry Truhlar!
I don’t have a formal “reel,” but these will give you a flavor of my on-camera presence.
On 2006 I appeared on an episode of ISAAC (E! Style) with fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi. Here’s an edited clip.
In 2007 I was on an episode of Take Home Handyman (TLC) with host Andrew Dan-Jumbo.
We shot the final scene at 3 AM on a Monday morning. The producer said, “Sherry, I don’t care if you laugh, cry, jump up-and-down, or what … but you need to act like you’ve never seen this furniture before and emit strong emotion.”
I summoned real tears, each and every time they moved the camera to get a new angle.
Below are four (primarily) educational videos from the Red Apple Auctions YouTube channel. These were shot in the last six months.

Below are videos of Sherry Truhlar at different auctions.
The first clip shows Sherry selling at a family-friendly “carnival” type of event in Alexandria, VA. About 300 guests were in attendance.
The big problem at this event is the wired microphone, which means Sherry couldn’t leave the stage. Cocktail lessons with trendy bartender Todd Thrasher are for sale.
This is from a formal event of around 800 people. “Don’t lose it over $250,” she emphasizes.
This is from a formal event shot in October 2010 with about 280 guests. My non-videographer friend shot this video. We joke that it’s the first time she worked a camera.
This is from an event of ~550 guests shot in May 2010. Sherry is conducting an “appeal,” which is not an auction, but a cash donation.
