Appraisal Services

Are you in need a professional appraisal? Clients use appraisals for many reasons:

Insurance coverage
Insurance loss claims
Probate and estate taxes
Equitable distribution, as in a divorce or division among heirs

Non-cash charitable contribution (If a donor takes a tax deduction for a non-cash charitable contribution, the IRS requires that the donor get a qualified appraisal if the deduction claimed is $5,000.00 or more.)

Red Apple Auctions can appraise your household contents, antiques, and collectibles. We can appraise a single item (such as a table damaged in a move) or the contents of a household.

The appraisal report will be prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation, Appraisal Standards Board, and in compliance with the National Auctioneer Education Institute’s Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) certification program.
